Double Your Fun: Conditioning + Silks


Tuesdays, May 7 - June 11, 6:00 - 7:00 pm Open to all aerialists currently enrolled in classes or with some prior experience

We all know conditioning is good for us, but sometimes it's hard to connect your exercises directly to your aerial skills. This class will help students understand the how and why conditioning improves skills, while offering personalized assessment and targeted training to help them to the next level. 

Co-taught by Mackenzie of Swing State Aerial and Laura of Delta Phoenix Fitness, half the class will focus on conditioning exercises on the floor, and the other half on silks skills that directly connect with them!  Expect some challenges and a whole lot of growth in both strength and theory knowledge!
